I had a very positive experience with Dr. Shefferman and his staff throughout my Invisalign treatment. I came with a lot of questions based on my experience with orthodontia work when I was a kid. He and his staff provided the information I needed to make my decision and to reassure me throughout. The treatment was successful and my bite is vastly improved. I would definitely recommend him.

I was supposed to extract 4 teeth, but I didn't want to lose 4. Dr. Shefferman came up with other option with 2 teeth extraction, explained clearly how the final appearence would be different compared to 4 teeth extraction. I completed the treatment, and I'm very satisfied with the appearance, and keep more teeth! Since I'm a foreigner, I was scared to hear a lot of technical words, but Dr. Shefferman and his staff always explained to me in a easier words and asked my any request (pain relief, how comfortable with insisalign, how urgent to complete...). it was great investment for this quality & professional services. All staff are friendly, relxed, but respectful. I really recommend Dr. Shefferman! Thanks the Dr. Shefferman's team for providing services that met my needs in a limited time!

We switched to Dr. Shefferman mid treatment because we were unhappy with our other ortho. From our first appointment we could tell that Dr. Shefferman was superior. He was more knowledgable, more accessible, more personable and more reasonable. My son was so happy with Dr. Shefferman, he was compliant with wearing rubber bands and was able to get his braces off ahead of schedule. Today, when he got his braces off, he told me "Dr. Shefferman is so smart!" He was in awe of the gadget Dr. Shefferman created for him until he can get his permanent retainer next week. We cannot say enough about the service.

About Front Desk: Amazing. Flexible. Kind and helpful. Such a great staff. They helped us with our dental insurance reimbursement and we just got our full check today. Wonderful service.

Dr. Shefferman was recommended to me by a neighbor, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the Invisalign experience I had. He was always professional and friendly, and I appreciated being given the option to have the Invisalign attachments removed shortly before my wedding, and then replaced when I returned from my honeymoon a couple of weeks later. I would recommend Dr. Shefferman to friends and family without reservation. The office staff welcomed me from very start, and were consistently warm and friendly, as well as efficient, throughout my treatment. I've never been one to have qualms about having dental work done, but the smoothness of the whole process of straightening my crowded teeth is a credit to Dr. Shefferman and his team.

About Front Desk: The staff was always helpful and accommodating. Scheduling appointments was always easy.

I'm a woman of a certain age who found Dr. Shefferman's work outstanding. He presented me with many options for improving the alignment of my teeth and improvement of my bite. We settled on traditional braces, which worked best for me. He completed my transformation in less time than expected with absolutely stunning results. He is very professional, very personable, on time with appointments, careful to explain procedures and to let you know what to anticipate and very concerned about his patient's comfort level. It was a first rate experience!

About Front Desk: Absolutely super! The receptionist, administrative assistant, nurses, and technicians are wonderful people -- very warm and friendly and caring. Dr. Shefferman and the entire staff sent me a lovely card when my father died suddenly. It was an outstanding experience - so much so that I will miss seeing them regularly!

Of course most people are resentful towards their orthodontists, especially if you had to get braces (like me), but Dr. Shefferman is really great, he made the whole braces process easier and I always looked forward to the visits because the people at his office are amazing and so much fun to talk to, even once when I was crying in pain of just getting braces they managed to cheer me up and make me laugh. I definitely recommend seeing Dr. Shefferman, he is funny and knows exactly how to help!

I was extremely happy with the entire experience with Dr. Shefferman and all the staff. My situation was complex, and took a longer than usual amount of time, as Dr. Shefferman worked to pull impacted teeth that were unexposed in the roof of my mouth. This allowed me to preserve my real teeth and give me a result that I love. The doctor always provided timelines for progress and adjustments, helping me to understand the process. I will bring my children to Dr. Shefferman when the time comes and they need braces (assuming they have my dental genetics). I would recommend Dr. Shefferman to anyone. His practice seems to be a mix fo adult (like myself) and child orthodontics. His location probably has an adult bias, as it is in the city and convenient for appointments during the workday. The dental technicians, Marie, Leslie, Kaylee are very friendly and highly competent. IT is clear that Dr Shefferman spends time working with the technicians to ensure that they are learning and delivering the best service. While I’m happy to have my braces off, I will miss my monthly visits with the Shefferman “family.”

About Front Desk: Easy scheduling, and the front desk was always responsive for emergencies, like when I popped a bracket off. I can't say enough great things about this business, all around.
