Dr. Domeyer made me the most UNHAPPY person in the world! He cut down my nice upper front teeth very short, and one shorter then another, without informing me nor asking for my permission! Before this I smiled, and now I am afraid to open my mouth! Nobody should ever touch front teeth because no one can do better then mother nature has done! I am crying every day, can not sleep at night, and I am so terribly depressed that I don't want to live anymore! He should only move teeth, and not cut them down! He violated his doctor's oath not to harm!

About Front Desk: Staff was good.

I received orthodontic care (braces) under Dr Domeyer as a preteen. Because my teeth were moved during a crucial part of there growth. My roots were traumatized, stunted, and I have suffered unnecessary root canals and tooth loss as an adult. This has been devastating emotionally and financially. I would play a very active role in you or your child's care and do not let braces stay on longer than needed due to payment plans. Otherwise you will pay the price for irreversible damage.

About Front Desk: The staff was always very kind but they did not know my teeth were being ruined

I was a patient of Dr Domeyer as a teenager, while he made my teeth nice and straight ... I have had numerous issues with my teeth as an adult. My roots were stunted and are shorter than normal and therefore I've needed several root canals. My parents were on a payment plan and once he was paid in full he conpletely ignored me. When iI went in to have the last of my brackets removed, I sat there for hours, until I left in tears. I was a young girl and did not know how to handle the situation. I had them removed by my regular dentist. I've paid a dear price emotionally and financially for the damage he caused. My advice to parents is to ask about the long term affects of braces.

We love Dr domeyer and the staff is amazing!!! It's like walking into a home, the family welcomes you with open arms and treats you special each and every time. Both of my children have been under their care with braces for the past 4 years. No matter if you are at the front desk, in the chair, speaking about the cost/ payments, or have had a personal issue, they just know it and are sympethetic to your feelings and are very comforting beyond the call of duty. I love this place and the family that Dr. Domeyer brough together as his long time staff. This is one in a milion and special beyond words. The treatment for my children has been exceptional. The cost was just as the others, the treatment, priceless. :-) Lisa

The doctor himself is great, but dont be in a rush because you will find your stay is a lengthy one no matter the day or time. With a room full of women, all in the same room, expect gossip to slow your appt. Down as well. All dental work is done in one common room, and family members can sit in the room and watch what is going on. This sometimes can make kids uncomfortable when many strangers are watching them as well. There is no privacy at all. They try to work on 6-8 people all at the same time, which can be frustrating.
