I had a great experince with Dr. Lin and his staff. He is very caring and friendly. His staff members are so plesant and professional. I look forward to seeing them every 5 to 6 weeks. Most importantly, I have a great result and I now have a great smile that I am very proud of.

I went to Dr. Lin as an adult for a consultation for braces. Dr. Lin was nice and seemed very knowledgable and professional. He was not, however, compassionate or understanding that this was difficult for me. I told him repeatedly that (b/c of my job) I have to have something discreet, preferably linguals, and he practically refused to discuss them. He seems like he definitely knows what he's doing and gets to the point- I may recommend him for children. But he was inflexilble about even discussing treatment options other than regular braces. Also, my ten minute consultation cost $60, and I felt pressured to spend the $500 more for x-rays.
