I am 18 and I've had to have my braces on since my freshman year of high school. Dr. Miller has made this process as easy as possible. I even missed my appointments for months at a time because of family issues and not once did he make feel bad or unwelcome. He and his employee's are always nice and very funny. plus they always have the radio on to very cool music. I love it there and would never go anywhere else.

Dr Miller and his staff are great. My daughters are not the easiest patients. My oldest daughter is extremely afraid of dentists, but she had absolutely no issues or concerns with Dr. Miller and his staff. I had also interviewed other orthodontists and Dr. Miller was by far the most reasonable, especially given the quality of service.

I was afraid to get braces, but Dr. Miller and his staff made me feel right at home and they explained everything they were doing. They are just really nice and they play the radio in the back on whichever station you like. (As long as it is appropriate because there are kids there.) Over all I love them and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

We haven't finished our treatment with Dr. Miller yet, however our experience during the nine months that we have been visiting Dr. Miller's facility in Kentlands, Gaithersburg, has been absolutely positive. The treatment success so far has been wonderful and the only reason why we didn't give him grade 4 out of 4 for treatment success is because our daughter has some more time to go before we can tell how successful the outcome is. Dr. Miller and his entire staff are very professional; pleasant, helpful and caring. They respond to all of the issues, both treatment and billing/insurance related promptly. Our daughter and us would recommend Dr. Miller and his staff to anyone (we are going to take our second child for the treatment by this wonderful doctor in the fall).
