the office is only open 2 days a month, they will not fix broken brackets unless you have an am apt and they know well in advace. they charge $40 a visit on top of your fees for retainer checks. office staff is not the friendliest either. I would never recommend this office

We were referred to Dr. Walsh by our dentist. From the consultation to the first 9 months of treatment he has always made my son very at ease. His staff is wonderful as well - always very friendly and helpful.

I'm currently in the middles of braces. I'm incredibly happy with the progress that I'm seeing! I would recommend Dr. Walsh to anyone looking at orthodontics.

About Front Desk: I've always had great luck being able to get in, even on the off days. I've had a couple of instances where wires popped out and I was able to get in and Helen was able to get everything back in order.

Very impressive and efficient office. All the costs were clearly explained upfront. I had a root canal and 3 filings done at one setting. The doctor was patient and explained the procedures to me. The technology allowed me to see the crown being made. All this gave me a sense of reassurance. The residual pain was very manageable and I was pretty comfortable that night.

About Front Desk: I would recommend this office to anyone. They were professional and skilled at their work. Additionally they are very conveniently located.

My Experience: Exam & Consultation, X-Rays

We landed with Walsh in January, 2015 when he bought the practice of John Tabash, now retired. It has been an awful experience. His office hours are irregular, and he has unlicensed staff do work that he himself should be doing. This poor staffing model results in unnecessary visits and tremendous inconvenience. We are now looking for a new orthodontist to complete our daughter's treatment.

About Front Desk: Poor bedside manner, period.

I had my orthodontic treatment with Dr. Walsh and assumed he would be a good orthodontist based on his plaques on the walls of his office. I made the mistake of not getting a second opinion and looking around. He noted to me after taking off my braces that he has never seen such a complicated case. At that time I didn't think about it very much because I was happy to have the braces off. However, now I think back and should have said something to him. He did not do a good job and I am in the process of getting braces on again. He left an overbite and canted my teeth which I will hopefully be able to have fixed. This was a very disappointing experience and regret it very much.

Dr. Walsh and his staff are friendly professionals who treated me and my children well. His payment plans were very affordable. All my children now have beautiful smiles after getting braces from Dr. Walsh. I would highly recommend Dr. Walsh.

I have been a patient of Dr. Walsh for three years now. My overall experience with Dr. Walsh's practice has been extremely negative. There were many instances when I would be sitting in the chair for fifteen to twenty minutes waiting for Dr. Walsh to return from a leisurely phone call about his trip to Florida to come look at my teeth for five seconds and tell me they looked good. Then, I was allowed to leave. I could indeed hear these phone calls myself from the chair. There was one nurse in particular whom I never got along very well with. I understood that it was just a clash of personalities, so I requested simply to be put with a different nurse on my appointments. Little did I know that I would be pulled into an arguement with Dr. Walsh about what this nurse had done wrong. By this time I was already displeased with his services. The final straw- you could say- was on April 3, the day I would finally have my braces removed! They refused to remove my braces beacuse I was late for my appointment. I would agree with them completely because I was late. I was willing to wait as long as nessecary, but they would not see me at all. I will never send any of my children or other family members to Dr. Walsh.
