awful! always in a rush. all of my children received braces. every visit was very painful
and rough. they all complained. none of them like him or his workers. he is a liar...bad
situations twice and he claimed zero responsibility.

Dr. Kess did a less than poor job. I was forced to see him far too many times. It seems that no procedure could ever be done correctly the first time. After countless visits to fix minor and major issues, I've begun to almost regret starting the braces process in the first place. Please save yourself headache after headache and avoid Dr. Kess. Just because his location is most convenient does not mean that he is the best orthodontist in the Solon area.
As far as his staff is concerned, Martha is as nice as can be. She does her job perfectly and is a shining star in the bleak office. Dr. Kess' assistants are a far different story. They range anywhere from competent to practically drooling as they breathe. The more common trait is unprofessionalism. The number of times that I have walked in there and seen thong straps or brightly colored underwear through too-tight pants is unreal. I expect professionalism in a place where children have there braces done, but evidently my expectations are too high.
PLEASE AVOID DR. BRAD KESS.

Office clean, friendly and efficient staff - most importantly very competent orthodontist. Would definitely recommend him to everyone we know.

I was referred to Dr. Kess by my regular dentist, whom I normally trust.
I was very disappointed to realize that the treatment wasn't going very well, but every time I mentioned a problem to Dr. Kess, he acted like I didn't know what I was talking about, and pretty much blew it off without fixing anything.
I regret paying this man over $5000 for this treatment, I feel taken advantage of and since you have to pay up front, it doesn't appear as though he has any reason to fix any of the problems I am having. I'm stressed out every time I have to waste an hour to go out there, hoping this time he might take my concerns seriously. I had braces on for 2 years, and I've had the retainer for 1 year - however the original promises I was told when I paid have still not been fulfilled.
The staff was great, but as for Dr. Kess himself and the treatment, I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Kess and staff are extremely professional and caring of their clientele. The office is very hospitable, hygienic and handily located. His staff is accommodating. And prices are practical; payment arrangements are flexible. I highly recommend Dr. Kess for braces and other orthodontist offerings.
