MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS DR. OFFICE IS NOT GOOD....THE SERVICE IS POOR, EVEYTIME I CALL AND LEAVE MESSAGES TO CANCEL APPTS. NO ONE EVER RETURNS THE CALL BUT THEY MAKE SURE THAT THEY SEND ME A BILL FOR A SKIPPED APPT. THE BRACES BREAK EVERY MONTH AND THAT IS NOTY NORMAL ESPECIALLY WHEN YOUR CHILD EATS THE PROPPER FOODS. I CAN'T WAIT FOR THE DAY THE BRACES COME OFF. I HOPE THAT THE OFFICE BECOMES A BETTER PLACE FOR FUTURE PATIENTS.

My daughter has only been a patient of this facilities for a short time but I am very pleased with the manner in which her care is being provided as well as the personable people skills the dental and administrative staff possess. I was concerned about the amount of pain that my daughter would experience and she has categorized it as uncomfortable. This will be the first time that I have felt confident enough in the care and location of the facilities to allow my daughter to attend an appointment without my being present. I am sure that the remainder of her treatment will be successful based on the quality of the medical staff and the superior customer service abilities of the administrative staff.
