Worst experience. My daugher complained he was rough. The office staff have had a lot of wrong claims. Wrong billing, nobody knows what they are doing. He disappeared for a few months with no explination. I have another daughter and never even thought of taking her there. I take her to someone else who we love. This office is awful. Not worth any of it...

I had been going to this place for 4 years, had to have my braces put on two different occasions and still didnt resolved the problem. Upon initially getting my braces off after having them on for 1-1/2 yrs; my teeth and smile were beautiful. But upon return to get my retainers two weeks later, Dr. Skibell and staff informed me the molds they took of my teeth for the retainers had broken. Of course, my teeth had shifted quit a bit; nevertheless, they just took molds of the shifted teeth and I waited another week to get them back. By that time, my teeth had shifted even more, but the Dr. Skibell went forward with trying to fix them with several different retainer types. When that didnt work and after I complained, he agreed to put the braces back on. After another year, things got better, but I had to pretty guide the dr. to do a good job, still after that, the closeout process was horrible and I ended up w/ a gap between my front teeth that was not there when I initially went to Dr. Skibell. After another year of several different retainers and not getting the gap fixed, I just stop going and will now have to pay another orthodontics to fix the problem - i urge you to stay away, go somewhere else!!!!!

I know this doctor: 4 years

Out of all the orthodontists in the area, Dr Skibell was the only one that realized that i did not need braces on top and bottom. He saw that the only thing I needed was to straighten out my bottom teeth. This saved me thousands of dollars.

I found his staff to be very kind and helpful to my daughter. She was very anxious to have treatment for her crossbite at the age of 7. They have VERY convienient office hours and Dr. Skibell really encourages kids to follow his treatment regime by giving them coins to buy stuff from his "reward store" that is full of little prize-type gadgets. The treatment was VERY expensive, even with insurance, but they offered to work out a payment plan. Her expander worked miracles on her crossbite within weeks and she looks so much better!

Staff is rude and unprofessional. DR. Skibell does not work with adult clients, and his office hours are not very easy to work with. Staff does not make personal calls to clients to notify them of the arival of dental devices. They dispose of dental devices that have already been paid for, without contacting the client.
