They never see you on time. I always have to wait at least one hour sometimes one and a half hours. They do not have any consideration for my time. If you are considering using him get ready to wait every visit!

Extremely poor time keeping at this office. We have spent many hours waiting for appointments to commence. The worst was one hour 35 minutes before we were seen!!!! There was no reason or apology given by the staff. Last time we were there, the staff were having a word with Dr. Schimek outside the office because so many people were complaining about the length of the wait. We have only just had the braces fitted so we have another 2 years plus of this "service". I wish I could transfer to another orthodontist. I am VERY, VERY annoyed and angry.

I am 36 years old and have recently decided to get braces. I have had several other consultations with other orthodontists and his was right on... I am very satisfied with the progress and how quickly things have fallen into place. I highly recommend him and his wonderful staff. The cost of my treatment was also the best in the surrounding area. His office was delightfully clean as well.

Initial visit was pleasant, They walked throught the facility with us, showed video and took color snap shots of my child;s profile and teeth, discussed cost and payment plans, then we met with the dentist himself. Although, small office, impressed so far with their professional approach and personal attention. Hope this personal care continues as we use him as our child's orthodontist.
