i had a great experience with Dr Ainsworth. He was very nice and always went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. His staff was very kind as well. I would highly recommend Dr Ainsworth.

It was a great overall experience. I would recommend Dr. Ainsworth to anyone I know or meet. He treats his patients like family and is very good at what he does.

I would strongly not recommend orthodontist Dr. Joseph Ainsworth of Irving, Texas for orthodontic treatment. I went to him years ago and I dont mean to discriminate against age, but this guy should have retired a long ago.
Joseph Ainsworth is probably in his 80s and his hands shake so badly due to his old age that he was not able to change the arch wires on my braces. His assistants had to change the wires as he simply could not hold his hands steady enough to do the job. He would then check their work and that was it. And I am paying all this money for a dental assistant to treat me?
How he is able to still practice orthodontics, which requires manual dexterity, is beyond me. I believe Dr. Joseph Ainsworth must have some connections with the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners, which allow him to keep practicing.
I would advise anyone seeking orthodontic treatment to steer clear of this guy that refuses to retire and choose another orthodontist for your treatment one that actually does the work you are paying him for.

He is just completely awesome! Him and his staff are very friendly and gentle. If you show any signs of pain, they apologize and are even more gentler. Their prices are kind of high, but it was worth it! You can pay in payments. They have holiday drawings that are free where you can win different things. They have everything that you can imagine and when you are in the chairs, you have a wonderful outdoor scenery. I would recomend him to anyone!!!!!

Dr Ainsworth was a referral from my dentist. He is by far the best experience i have had with a dentist. He is very knowledgable and makes sure you are comfortable. He is also very skilled at knowing when things are going right or wrong and need to be adjusted.
