This dentist used inappropriate procedures when working on an eight-year-old child. The child was presented to the parents bloody. You could hear screams coming from the chair into the lobby and then out the front door. It took the staff all their worth to try and restrain the parents to not going back and checking on their child. The “dentist” then stated this was a typical response for an extraction. As a sedative the so-called dentist gave the child of only 40 pounds, nitrous oxide. As a medical professional who practices in the field,no one gives nitrous oxide to a child of that weight. The child after 24 hours developed asevere infection which then had to go to the hospital to get checked out and obtain have antibiotics. This dentist should not be practicing.

My daughter had to get some caps done. When they gave her the sedation medicine, she spit most of it out. They said they will give her more once she was in the chair. When it was time to go back the doctor came out to take her back. (He was nice) but our daughter was screaming. They had loud music playing, (not very comforting) but we could still hear her screaming and crying. When I went back after being done, they wanted to talk before she saw me. (All I could hear is my baby screaming) they told me she will have marks on her face from the straps being tied down. Ok. When I could finally get to her she jumped so fast into my arms just crying. Her lip was bleeding and very swollen lips. We rushed out. Less then 24hours later we were in the ER because she wouldn't eat or drink. She had an infection. At this time our daughter was one year old. She is now terrified of dentist and every dentist frowns at the work done.

My daughter fell while at school and we were in need for emergency treatment. We called our insurance and had heard from friends about Dr. Davis's Office. We are so happy with our choice. Dr Davis was very informative and put us at ease. Just an overall great experience... we would highly recommend this dentist.

About Front Desk: They were very friendly and helpful especially when filling out the paper work. :)

dr davis (sr) and his staff should not be in pediatric dentistry it was the most stressful experience for my son. he needed a filling was told to drink some numbing juice of course he didn't want to he is three. they took him back screaming strapped his arms and head to a papoose board (done in the olden days). my son is six now and still talks about it. The staff is horrible, they did not comfort him, speak to him like a human, no gentleness or patience. anyone who is looking for an amazing pediatric group Great Grins is the one. Thanks to them my son trusts dentists again. They are phenomenal! I could write pages on thier wonderful care.

We had a great experience recently with Dr Davis and his team. He took his time to put us at ease. we were going for a second opinion on some cavities another dentist told us we needed treated. I heard about Dr Davis from a friend. He took us through a preventative plan and treatment options. I love that dr davis is very conservative. Overall a great experience.

My daughter is a patient of Dr. Davis Jr. She absolutely loves going in to see him. She knows what he's doing at all times. He explains everything to my daughter in terms in which she understands. His dental assistants are very kind and gentle. I truly trust them. Dr. Davis Jr. Takes very good care of his patients and I appreciate to see healthcare providers like him.

About Front Desk: Front staff is amazing. Very friendly and outgoing, I definitely like to be acknowledged when I walk in and his receptionist is fantastic I absolutely enjoy talking to her. She takes the time to know know his patients and I believe that's great.

I have been taking my 3 kids here for years. I have always loved Dr Davis's care and patience he has for my children. Most recently his son has joined the practice and he is just as patient, caring and takes the time to explain everything... When we where there in March they have a brand new office which is really kidfriendly. My children really enjoyed their experience and look forward to going to the dentist.

About Front Desk: Everyone is caring and even when they were busy they always made time for my questions.. Great experience

This dentist does not let you go back with your child when he has them sedated and strapped to a papoose board. We could hear our child screaming during the treatment and there was nothing we could do to comfort her. In addition, this dentist only does silver fillings as opposed to composite (tooth colored) fillings. He says he 'can' do composite, he just doesn't. Which leaves your child with obvious dental work having been performed. Our daughter tries not to open her mouth when she laughs or smiles now because she is embarrassed. Although the office staff is very nice and helpful. We will never bring our child back to this dentist again.
