I have a special needs child and our visit was horrible! I was informed at the beginning of the visit by the hygienist of the rules and procedures of the practice - and she stressed that they expected ALL of their patients to adhere to them. Then Dr Yang came over and examined my child. My child has been receiving dental care her whole life and we have never had such a terrible experience. We recently moved here so we were trying to find a pediatric dentist. Dr. Yang and her staff were not the right choice for us. Never once was there consideration for what my child has been through or the trauma that these visits cause her. No effort made at all to cater the experience to my child so she could have a positive dental experience. To sum it up, no compassion. We will not be back.

Teeth cleaning by a very child friendly hygienist. Dr. yang showed interest in my sons teeth and gave great lecture about brushing and not eating sticky candy. Area is very clean and staff is very friendly. Have heard kids out of hand in the office and the rule we were told is if your child does get out of hand Parents are asked to leave. our prior Dentist wouldn't even let us in the room during visit. If a Parent knows how to be a Parent there should be no reason to be asked to leave.

About Front Desk: Busy office and it is not the front desk fault, but hard too schedule appointments to fit your needs.

Diagnosed my 3 year old daughter with 3 cavities. Had a second opinion before treatment and to this day my daughter has no cavities. She never needed treatment. Also proceeded to have staff hold my daughter down after gagging on floride treatment and told her I would have to leave the room if she didn't stop crying. That shouldn't be said to any child. Never went back. I would recommend an investigation of the practice.
