I had a root canal done, when finished the doctor left to treat another patient without completing the procedure, the tooth was not sized up and they started to make a mold for the crown. He did not explain the procedure to me had to come back with more novacaine because it wore off and file the tooth down, saying it was my fault I did not bite down correctly, embarrassing me in front of people. The whole staff are bumbling idiots, completly rude, they've made many mistakes.they told me my insurance would pay for this procedure only not to submit the paper work, I called The dentist, they admitted there error and told me not to pay the bill, without informing me they sent it to collections and then refused to do anymore work on my teeth until I payed the bill.Needless to say I left this dumbest dental office I've ever encounterd, who just lost thousands of dollars in dental work I was going to do.

I know this doctor: 9 months

Great with insurance, billing and payment plans. The hygienists get a little carried away, but I suppose that comes with the territory. Dr. Dinitz is a little aloof. Front desk staff is great with followups and reminders.

Dr. Dinitz is the best dentist I've ever been to. He's quiet and dosn't talk alot but his denistry is virtually painless and he is very quick and efficient. His staff is very friendly and I feel very taken care of. I highly recommend him!!

Not the greatest place but they're quick and they tell it like it is. They strong arm you a bit into flossing more and make you feel pretty low for not taking care of your teeth. If you have great habits go...if you don't, be ready to lower your self esteem
