My regular dentist highly recommended Dr. Parrott because he specializes in uncooperative children. Mary at the front desk is so so so sweet and so helpful. She is the perfect person to work at a kids dentist.
Dr. Parrott is soft spoken so is rubbed off on my kid.
I know its my fault that my child had so many cavities but the girls that work there showed him how to brush. And were complimenting my child on being a good patient, even though I know my son was unccoperative. I appreciated that a lot.
About Front Desk: Mary at the front desk was so helpful and sweet and explained the insurance process. No one judges you at this office.

I should have known by the way his hands shook that he was past his prime in this profession. he apparently did not listen to the issue that brought us to him to begin with because the same thing happened w him. And there was not enough time given to my child to calm her fears and let her breath in the gas. His staff was pleasant especially at the front desk. However the shake in his hands are warning enough.
