dr Johnson was my daughter's dentist for 12 years. she loved him. when she turned 17, he found a few cavities. he refused to fill them and said she needed to find a general dentist. he sees kids thru 18 years of age. he could have at least filled the cavities that he found. he was rude and very disappointing. he offered no explanation why he turned my daughter away at 17 years old. all my children have always used him. I will definitely find another dentist for all of my children's future dental needs!!

My son had filling and one crown. He spent 1 minute consultation. Then never spoke to me again throughout multiple visits. Cold and sterile! Unfriendly to say the least! Cost total for 2 visits around 2 grand. Would never refer to anyone! Will never take either of my children back!!!

The staff is nice. My boy has been getting his teeth cleaned there for a long time. The location isn't the easiest to find if you're not familiar with Tupelo but the service is great. My son likes it and the workers are genuinely interested in what's going on in his life. When we first started going, he was terrifed of dentists but now he's warmed up and enjoys going.

I took my daughter to see Dr. Johnson for a cavity on her molar. We were a little worried that she had a cavity this early in her life. Dr Ken assured me that this wasn't an unusual case. Usually we've had problems with dentist and their assistants even trying to clean her teeth. Not only were they friendly, but the hygienist went out of her way to make my daughter laugh and feel comfortable during the whole procedure. I would whole-heartedly disagree with the review attacking Kayla. I'm sure this is the same assistant that we dealt with. She and the dentist are straight to the point but never in a rude way. Afterall, this is our kid's dental needs that we are talking about. Either way, I would rate the customer service very high, definitely the best we've encountered in Tupelo.

I will never go back here again. One of the dental assistants treated us very rudely! She has red hair and freckles and I think her name is Kayla. She never smiled or spoke to us and we tried to talk to her she ignored us!
