The office is loud and chaotic. The staff are rude and condescending and care more about singing along to the radio. Dr. Pong and Dr. Rubin refuse to allow parents to be with their children during treatment. There are plenty of other pediatric dentists in the area who truly care about a child's well being and who want to foster a good, trusting relationship with the parents.

Dr Rubin is a wonderful pediatric dentist. My daughter has gone to him for 3+ years and she likes to go to the denist. The office is painted in an underwater /mermaid motif.
The whole office and staff caters to the children. He has games, TV, books and entire office set to make the children relaxed and comforatable. The children get a balloon and a prize when they leave.
Dr Rubin has a very gentle manner. and so far his work has been excellent.
I would highly recommend this pediatric dentist. (who came highly recommended to me by an another mom).
