Horrible excuse for a dentist! I worked as a dental assistant at his office for roughly 3 months and I couldn't take it! Grabbing kids by the head while they were crying while parents weren't present in the room, prying their eyes open because they had them shut for treatment while crying. I would never refer my worst enemy to "Dr.Su"!!!!

We were taking my son to a different dentist and he would cry hysterically and he ended up pukng on the Dr. because he was so upset. They would use a velcro blanket thing to keep him still and we finally had enough. I looked for anew denist and found Dr. Su. The first time we too our son there I ended up crying because it was sooo differe from before and my son was having a break down. They were so nice and caring and explained things to my son and it all went so smoothly. I would never take him anywhere else. It has made such a difference I can't thank him enough. There is no way to repay him for the care he's given my son.

About Front Desk: Very nice and always on the ball- never a long wait and they are also very caring. 5 stars

My 4-year-old son has suspected Childhood Apraxia of Speech. This causes him to be extremely sensitive around and especially in his mouth area. In addition, he is incredible shy and gets immediately nervous in any medical situation. He had not yet seen a dentist, for these very reasons. I noticed decay on his top 2 front teeth, so I made an appointment with Dr. Su, extremely nervous about the whole thing. I couldn't've hoped for a better situation. In addition to agreeing with everyone on here that the appointment times are kept---ALWAYS. It's not a one-time thing that your appointment will be on time, they are consistent in this. Within minutes, Dr. Su completely understood my son's personality and speech issues, and knew how to approach him (something most others rarely know how to do). The exam was quick and Dr. Su then took us in his office and explained his rationale and psychology behind what he does. He guessed immediately the reasons for the decay and I switched things as soon as we got home. Dr. Su then suggested just a cleaning as the next visit so my son could get used to hearing the instruments used before the actual fillings went in. This proved highly effective, and this time (a week later), my son wasn't nearly as apprehensive or upset for the visit. Just today (2 days ago was the cleaning), we got his cavities filled. My son had no tears, no upset, silence, through nearly the entire procedure (he hated the water gun splashing, that's about it). The entire procedure was complete in about 7 minutes. Unbelievable. I cannot thank Dr. Su and his staff enough for making what originally was a very anxiety-producing and scary experience for my son and I into a very positive learning experience. Staff was wonderful, waiting room was big and open (which I loved). Watch the video on his site to learn more about him--he was voted one of the Top 10 Pediatric Dentists in northeast Ohio. www.drerwinsu.com Worth your time to visit the site, and worth your peace of mind and your child/ren's health to visit Dr. Su.
