The dental hygienist and staff are friendly, and they are great with children. My son has seen the Dr for a couple of years, and I am going to look for another dentist. The dr is not friendly. He stated my son had two "small fillings" on his baby teeth that he had to fill. After getting a second opinion, this wasn't true. Neither the dental hygienist nor I saw the cavities. I believe he wanted to charge me for services that were unnecessary. The dr insulted me by drilling me about the type of food and drinks my child consumes. My family eats clean and healthy. I am a healthcare professional myself, and he talked to me like I didn't understand the definition of sugar. Then he asked my son what his favorite drink was after I already told him he only has apple juice once a week. My opinion is you will like the office and tolerate the dr like I did until your bill is in excess of $200 after your insurance pays their portion.
About Front Desk: The staff is friendly. the Drs bedside manner could use improvement.

My kids are seeing Dr. jaynes for 10 years now. They had great experience with him. His staff is awesome too. Whole office is a very kid friendly, my kids love to go there. I strongly reccomend Dr. Jaynes and his office for anyone with young or not so young chidlren.

Excellent service - my 5 yr old never was scared or cried during a procedure or exam. All staff friendly and facilities are first class.

He is excessively patient with babies and knows how to ease their fears. I couldn't have hoped to find a better dentist for my children.

My kids enjoy going to the dentist. Dr. Jaynes staff and office is very friendly and comforting to the little ones. I have recommended them to all my neighbors and will continue to do so.

For the kiddies I have found Dr Jaynes to be the best.
Very good style with the munchkins, pleasant staff, very professional. Ask him about his ski trips.
