As soon as I got there I could tell that they were sketchy, I hated the office all the chairs are out in the open, the nurses where just chatty really loud across the same room making jokes as they were working on the patients teeth when they took my son to do the x-ray I felt uncomfortable because they said he had to go by himself he's just three years old all the other dentist office they always allow me to go with him and when I asked her why couldn't you just made a stupid face at me I was like whatever just go ahead and take him because I'm getting ready to change this Doctor anyways, they will be putting caps on my son's teeth soon and they said if they find any more teeth that need to be treated I will be billed for them and they need my credit card on record so I'm getting worried already that they will just withdrawal the money as soon as possible I do not trust them what so ever I'm scared I will have to come up with 1,000 for 3 teeth if that find "extra" teeth that are needing caps they said they won't know till they get to the surgery room but how many xrays does it take they are our second option he's already went to his original dentists they recommend this office I have no idea why

About Front Desk: Same lazy, takes them a good pause to answer some easy questions and I'm really well spoke when it comes down to my child's health.

Dr. Morgan has a huge office and makes LOTS of money off of MANY children coming in. There are MANY treatment chairs for MANY children. Parents are not allowed back which is NOT appropriate when most children have anxiety. He wanted to do orthodontic work on my daughter's mouth when my insurance covered it. All he wanted was more MONEY. He expanded my daughter's upper palate and she now has a huge mouth in relation to her face. I should have gone to an orthodontist who is an expert and highly trained to do the work. Dr. Morgan also said my son and other daughter had cavities when I took them for a second opinion, the dentist with xrays found NO cavities. I immediately switched and never went back to Dr. Morgan again.

About Front Desk: Very unfriendly and unprofessional.

I took my daughter in for her two year check up. Fantastic service. We showed up early for our appointment and so they got us in to see the doctor early. Efficient but personable. We didn't spend our time in a waiting room. We spent our time with the dentists who provided my daughter with excellent care. The "bed side" manner is particularly impressive. We left with my two year old shouting "thanks dr. morgan, see ya next time." Happy to go to the dentist...imagine that....

About Front Desk: Super nice. Dealt with all the business details quickly and professionally.

My kids have been seeing Dr Morgan for 3 years. My youngest son had a lot of treatment. He is really nervous and normally with the really nervous kids they suggest that we go to Children's, but I wanted to try in the office first. Dr Morgan was the doctor that who did the treatment and he made my son so much calmer and able to tolerate the treatment in the office when no other doctor could. He saved us a trip to the hospital. I recommend Dr Morgan because he knows how to make kids feel comfortable in the office even when they are nervous.

About Front Desk: The girls are really nice and helpful. They walked me through the treatment instruction before and after and always answered all my questions.

My Son has been seeing Dr. Morgan since before he was 1. He had black stuff on his teeth and I was concerned. He assured me it was just iron from his formula and would polish off easily. I live in Crossroads, anyone who know's where that is know's it is a loooong way from Irving. I take my Son to see Dr. Morgan in spite of the drive. After showing me the X-rays of my Son's baby teeth and explaining that there would not be enough room for his adult teeth to come in he pulled them. My Son didn't have a clue that it happened because it was so painless for him. My Son said he felt a small pinch from the needle to numb his gums and that was it. My Son now has a retainer to straighten his VERY crooked teeth and all is going well. I will continue to drive to see Dr. Morgan for all of our dentist visits.

About Front Desk: ANYTIME I have needed to get my Son in for ANY reason these ladies have made it happen. Because I live so far away they know that I may not make the actual appt. time. Everytime I have called to tell them I'm running late they understand and tell me to just be safe and get there when I can. I'm a very intense person when I'm worried or concerned about something and they have always been there to assure me and calm me down. Any questions that I have they answer or find out the answer. They've always joked around with my Son to make his experience a good one.

I went to Dr. Bob as a kid... and then as a teenager... and then as a college student! I doubt most people stay this long with their pediatric dentist but I am going to cling to his chair until he kicks me out! I don't like people messing with my teeth but the dental hygienists are gentle and nice. Dr. Bob is friendly and funny and puts me at ease.

About Front Desk: These ladies have gotten to know me very well over the years! They are always friendly and remember me when I call. They work to squeeze me in during school breaks, even though it is their busiest time.

Our two children talk about dr. Bob on a regular basis. Our visits at the office have been extremely pleasant and we all look forward to coming. Dr. Bob takes his time to listen to my concerns and is willing to answer questions during the visit. We would recommend dr. Morgan to anyone looking for a caring thoughtful and experienced doctor who will take amazing care of their children.

About Front Desk: The front office staff is always very kind and fun. They engage our children the second we walk in the front door. My experience with them over the phone has also been very positive
