My 4 children (ages 3-12) and I have been going to Dr. Borrowdale for 2 years. He was recommended by my son's orthodontist and I couldn't be happier that we made me the move. The office staff is friendly and helpful. Every hygienist we've seen has been excellent and thorough. Dr. Borrowdale is honest and really takes the time to discuss every issue. Only my 9 year old has needed a cavity filled and his experience was very positive.

About Hygienist: Every hygienist we've seen has been worthy of a recommendation. They take their time and are so careful around my sensitive spots which I appreciate.

Customer service is excellent, appoinments flexibile, insurance no problem - Dr. Borrowdale is very personable, explains procedures, answers your questions, is gentle, does not rush you through, and does not suggest work that is not necessary. Facilities are very nice. I have no anxiety going to the denist. My three children have seen him for regular cleanings and xrays -- no cavities !! Not a one.
About Hygienist: Several hygienist available - some I like better than others, so I stay with one - they know you, are thorough and see you on time.

I had had so many dentists before I found him. Now I don't live in Folsom, but I don't want to look for another doctor. I will stay with him. He is the best. The receptionists are very nice and friendly too.

He's gentle, and he's honest, he doesn't perform any unnecessary work on you that your teeth don't need.

Dr Borrowdale is the best dentist I have ever had by far. He is honest with you and never tells you things need to be done that don't really need to be done. A MAJOR problem with most dentists, especially when they find you have insurance!
They hygenist I had for 7 years was the best.
If you live in Folsom, this is the dentist for you.

Dr. Borrowdale and his staff have always treated me wonderfully. Great dentist and nice guy. I would keep him as my dentist forever, but have had insurance changes.

Dr Borrowdale is terriffic. He and his staff make you feel comfortable and the work is painless. He has treated myself and my family for several years. I highly reccommend him.

For the most the staff was very professional - pleasant. In chatting with others in the waiting room I discovered that most the Staff has been with the Doctor for quite some time.... The office is busy, all are kind. Appointments were are on time! A very nice experience which has been repeated at other visits as well. Very Happy here!!!

Dr. Borrowdale is the best dentist I've been too, he's very gentle and willing to take the time to explain everything he's doing to put you at ease. The facilities are extremely clean and he is always using the latest technology and techniques.

Dr. Borrowdale was willing to answer any questions, and was very clear about his opinion and advise. I was told that I had several cavities and needed treatment by a different dentist in my area, however, Dr. Borrowdale concluded they were indeed not cavities! He saved me unnecessarily office visits and most importantly, costly treatments! His staff were very friendly and very considerate. I had a very good clearing done by one of his staff. He is a good dentist.
