I have been a patient of Dr. Fuggazzotto for several years and have had multiple implants with 100% success. He is extremely talented and I have very little stress while under his care. This post is about my most recent visit as it was somewhat of an emergency (having bit down on a temp. Crown and breaking it.) I had not yet had an appointment. For the permanent crown which will be done by another dentist. He accommodated me immediately and his Asst. Larry and Dr. Fuggazzotto went to work to make me a new temp. I am so Very Grateful for his service which was extraordinary. His Asst. Larry Is also The Very Best. They make a Super Star Team. Thank you Paul and Larry. I am SO VERY happy to have followed the suggestion to come to Dr. Fugazzotto for my extraction and dental implants needs (1 extraction, 1 bone grafting, 2 implants, all in 1 visit!). I was coming from a very bad experience somewhere else (bad calls, a bit of pain here and there and then a hypochlorite incident...), and so I had no faith whatsoever in dentists of any kind. Well, Dr. Fugazzotto made me change this attitude. I felt no pain AT ALL (so, please, do not worry about this, it makes no sense, believe me) and the post-op was ok. Prices are very comparable for these kinds of procedures, but Dr. Fugazzotto's office makes things very quick, easy and effective. They also have a 360 degree CT scan which will avoid you 1,000 tiny x rays that need to be repeated all the time. You will get ONE CT scan, that's it. He is caring, compassionate, and GOOD (they call him the genius). His office is also just 15 min from Boston and there is parking.
Office staff is good, they take the most commons insurance carriers. I could not recommend him more.

Implant for partial appliance in left lower jaw. Bone generation first before implant. No pain. Excellent result.

Dr. Fugazzoto is so great! He is so professional yet his office plays classical music and it is so relaxing you forget you're in a dentist's chair.
I only come to his office once every 6 mos. but I wish it was more (How crazy is that!)
i really love Paula too the hygenist. I won't go to anyone else except her. She also makes you feel right at home. She is neat and clean and I trust her completely.

I have had 3 implants done by Dr. Fugazzato. One in the upper left and two in the lower right. Two were done 2 1/2 years ago and the third was done in August, 2009. My first implant was a potential problem since the nerve ran very close to the implant area. A less than perfect procedure could have caused some facial paralysis. All the implants have been a total success.
Dr. Fugazzotto is a renowned pioneer in developing new improved and advanced implant techniques and needs only one visit to do the implant.
The pain was minimal during the procedure. His manner is very friendly and humorous - which helped relieve my anxiety. The dental assistant and the front desk are all friendly and well trained in their positions.
Cost for each implant is $2100.
Lastly, Dr. Fugazzotto does not do the crowns but recommended someone who did a terrific job (I have had some poor experience with imperfect crowns). I paid out of pocket since I don't have dental insurance but they were quite willing to assist in this area.
So, I would absolutely recommend Dr. Fugazzotto to anyone who wants impeccable and safe implant work done.

I heard about Dr. Fugazzatto through a friend that use to sell dental material to him. This person told me that when im ready to have implants that i need to see Paul Fugazzatto .He explained that he lectures all over the world and people absolutely love him as a doctor and lecturer. He said when he met him he was the kindest and most down to earth person he ever met in the business..I took his advice and I have to say its true! He's kind,sensitive, patient and extremely knowledgeable in his work. If it wasn't for him I would probably end up with false teeth! Thats how much confidence i had in him. The best of the best. He's beyond five stars!

Every thing about my visit to this office was so much better than I expected. The people at the front desk were attentive, kind and patient. They were also funny, as is Dr. Fugazzotto. He has a vast collection of very funny jokes that I'm sure he uses to make patients more comfortable. His assistant is a very nice woman who seems to be very in tune with him as far as being able to communicate and work very easily and quickly. The office interior is very pretty with unusual art work and many informational type books out front in the reception area, which is decorated in a very home style decor. I was initially very afraid of having this treatment done due to the many horror stories I had heard about this type of surgery, however, I could not have been more wrong. Yes, I had some pain afterward but it was exactly as I was told it would be and was managed very easily with Tylenol. I could very easily have gone back to work that day, but chose to stay home just to be safe. I felt fine and was amazed at how quickly everything healed. I also had access 24 hours a day to Dr. Fugazzotto's pager and his home number in case I needed anything. I would recommend him to any one and would send my entire family to him.

I have been a patient of Dr. Fugazzotto for about 20 years and I am extremely satisfied. He is very easy to schedule an appointment and his staff is excellent.
