I had my tooth extracted as the first step of a 3 part procedure to have an implant. Dr. Sordelli was wonderful. It was a difficult tooth to remove and he persisted and made sure I was pain free during the process. He gave me great instructions before leaving and explained everything he did and also explained the next steps. He called me at home that night to see how I was doing. His entire staff was wonderful; from my first phone call to make an appointment, to them handing me an ice pack when I left the office. Would highly recommend Dr. Sordelli and his staff.
About Front Desk: The front desk staff were really professional and helpful. They were helpful with scheduling my appointments, they were very friendly when I was at the office, they helped me get onto the internet when in the waiting room, called in my RX so I didn't have to wait at the pharmacy, and got me an ice pack before i left the office. Great office staff.

Dr Sordelli was recommended to me by the dentist I was using at the time. I had an accident that cost me 3 teeth when I was 16. After taking x-ray and CT scans, he determined that I had enough bone necessary to insert implants without use of bone grafts. After he began surgery, he saw that the actual bone in my mouth was not enough to properly place implants but for reasons still unclear to me, he placed the implants in (not using the surgical guide) at a deep angle. I knew something was off during surgery because my appointment was running well over an hour than I was told, Sordelli was acting anxiously when I incomprehensibly asked if everything ok, and I was bleeding excessively and feeling highly uncomfortable as numbing shots had worn off (he gave me more when he realized this). Implants are difficult to remove once placed (most docs recommend against this) but these implants were placed so poorly, they had to be removed. On top of all this, Sordelli was thoroughly hesitant to refund my money. Thankfully he finally did with advice from the dentist that had recommended him. I ended up paying for the removal, bone graft, and finally, a second implant surgery which was performed perfectly by a doctor in Los Angeles (Homa Zadeh).

He called me at night to check on me, no one has ever done that before in my life. Very clean, professional office, top technology. He has a 3d radiograph in his office. Painless, and very compassionate.

Dental implant and gum graft. No pain, very expensive. nice staff but seem driven by money. He cancelled my last appt. and I had my regular dentist finish the procedure. Would not recommend.
