Dr. Graham is excellent!! I can't recommend him highly enough! Nobody likes having dental or periodontal work done, but Dr. Graham is a consummate professional and I am so glad my dentist referred me there. The staff was very good about filing my insurance and while they could stand to upgrade their office decor a bit, that's the only downside, and that's a good thing!

I needed a tooth extracted and replaced with an implant. The office staff kept loosing or forgetting to have me fill out paper work. When I scheduled an appt for the extraction they called to change it from 10am to 8am the night before. I could not change due to coming from 60 miles away. On the third appt to have the implants put in I was given a drug to knock me out. I had to take off work and have a co worker take off also that could drive me there. She was a few mins (11:05) late and they refused to see me. We then came back later in the afternoon to talk to the doctor who then told me he didn't want to complete the work and to find someone else!!! DO NOT TRUST OR GO TO THIS MAN!! His staff is extremely unorganized and unprofessional. They tried to tell me my appt was for 10:30 when I had the card they gave me which clear stated 11 am. Who refuses to finish in the middle of a procedure!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

I absolutely hate going to the dentist. Shocked?!
However I have to every 3 months and Dr Graham and his staff have made it a tolorable experience. My dental hygienist is great. She is thorough, patient and very sweet. I recommend Dr Graham and his staff to any one who needs perio care.
