I have been going to Dr. Iranmanesh since he joined the practice off Waters Ave. I inherited bad teeth and I have had just about anything you can name done. Dr. Iranmanesh is a perfectionist and does beautiful work. I have never had a problem with anything he has done and I have had it all. He has always tried to fix my teeth in the least expensive way so I wouldn't have a large financial burden. I can't imagine anyone leaving his office and not being happy with his work. I can't speak to his charges as I have nothing to compare to but in the end you get what you pay for. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

About Front Desk: Great staff all around, I've never had a problem with anyone in his office.

About Hygienist: I love, love, love the hygienist. She has been there for years and she also is great!

My Experience: Sedation Dentistry / Anesthesia

Beware!!!!!!!! This person does not honor quotes, and keeps your insurance checks, never disclosing they "accidently" received YOUR check while a zero balance is present. Then they will explain it away by stating they gave you a discount in $5.00 increments. In my case, my insurance ck totaled $31.50, my procedure supposedly $69.00, but they charged me $63.50; my invoice did not show any ins. payment credit. He than suggested a new night guard to open bite. I explained my medical insurance covers that. He called my oral surgeon with specific instructions not to adjust it. I brought it to him, he never adjusted it; instead he added to the OLD guard and tried to charge me $488.00. His excuse was I stated it did not fit correctly. Hello, because it was not adjusted yet; per his instructions. Thank goodness I put amount on card; they disputed the charge. He sent me a check for $425.00. Ironic, he kept $63.00 same amount as before without insurance credit. Also, instead of crediting me $20.00 for a referral, they "accidently" charged me $20.00. I received a check for that. As far as reimbursement for my insurance check; he sent only $20.00 instead of $31.50, stating they gave me discounts which I can not find on any OLD invoices.

About Hygienist: The new ledger I requested for tax purpose is how I figured out this mess. So I received at total of $465.00 instead of $539.50. You do the math; can you say "rip off!!!!"

Though Dr. Iranmanesh is a nice man, I would probably never go to his office again. The wait was over an hour. I felt the dental assistants didn't take the time to answer my questions. I hate my implants. I wanted them to look as if they were new but they look fake and that was the most detrimental thing to me.
