He is arrogant and although he knew what he did was wrong would not either admit or address the situation. He TRULY believes he is the BEST...just ask him!!!! In reality he is a wanna be that has associated himself with true professionals. Avoid this self indulgent CLOWN and go to Dr. Cirrota or Thomas.

About Front Desk: Girls at the front desk are AMAZING and I feel so bad that they have to deal with this tanned , hair gelling self aggrandizing pompous fool.

I recommend Dr Galsasso to anyone who needs a top notch, professional, and caring dentist. I have not had the cosmetic work done, but general oral care, and I always leave feeling well taken care of.

About Hygienist: I use Rafiki (sp?) and she is thorough, personable, and sensitive.

beautiful work! wonderful, stessfree. he was my last stop after a disaster and he was really helpful. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for and he is good!

Very expensive but unreliable work which needed several alterations when the implant came loose. He had a hostile , defensive approach when things became complicated . Overall, very disappointing and costly work.

He is a consumate professional with a great sense of humor.While he is expensive the results are excellent.NO PAIN, Very good chair-side manners if he is in a good mood.The front desk is always 5 star.

About Hygienist: Willie, has been my hygienist for nearly 15 years.She is FANTASTIC and I still have my teeth.

Out standing, especially when complicated oral surgery is involved. Teaches Implant procedures at New york University.
