I have had approx. 3 root canals, she has referred me to get an extraction (which really made me remember how I used to feel about other dentists!), she has done numerous cavity fillings and I can't even remember, I've been w/ her that long. I used to get sick to my stomach to see a dentist & clench the chair; now I fall asleep in her very comfy chairs, having complete confidence in Dr. Woo. Now I send my kids to her. The one cavity my then 12 yr. old had; he didn't even know he had had a shot in his mouth! That's how good she is. She kept the needle out of site & had numbed his gum w/ some solution on a pc. of cotton. Her disposition is gentle (always) & she always checks my pain level, never making me feel like I'm childish. I pretty much love Dr. Woo and Susie & Desiree (her equally loving staff). In the 90s she personally called me to inform me of insurance changes & my options. I opted to pay more out of pocket so I can stay w/ her. We are growing old together.

Dr. Woo is very gentle and deliberate. The office is calm, quiet, not rushed. The is rarely a wait. Her staff is pleasant and friendly. I have my teeth cleaned every 6 months. She replaced old fillings, repaired broken teeth, and set 2-3 crowns. I would recommend her.

Dr. Woo is my children's dentist. She is so gentle with them, they don't mind going to see her. My daughter had to have a tooth pulled and it wasn't a big deal to her at all. Her front office lady is great also.

Dr. Woo is a very good dentist who is calm and patient. Very good about answering questions and explaining. She also seems more conservative in her approach, and will not do unnecessary procedures. I have never had any major pain or discomfort when being treated by her. Their insurance help is good, and the front desk is friendly.
About Hygienist: Hygenist is very friendly and also explains any procedures being done. Very gentle and seems to be very thorough; I feel my teeth are very clean afterwards.
