This was the most horable experience I have ever encountered Ann Liou did not work on my teeth it was the Hygenist that works there. I went in for a perio cleaning and the time I left I was in so much pain, my gums were cut up on the top and bottom the pain and discomfort lasted for two weeks I could barely eat anything, when we mention to them about the pain the became very defensive and said that's the way she cleans customers teeth, we were charged for teeth that were missing and overcharged for my cleaning plus the bill was surprise they said it was covered our coverage supposedly had changed and we were not notified of this.

I really enjoy my experience with Dr. Ann and her staff...they are very friendly and patient. Brenda, the office manager, is very nice and helpful. Overall I have always had a positive experience with their service. Highly recommend!

Dr. Liou and her associate are delightful ... higly capable, very professional, patient oriented and easy to work with. They did a beautiful restorative job on a very complex procedure that had been botched by a previous prosthodontist. Now, I'm smiling (and eating comfortably!) again. I highly recommend them to anyone who asks.
