THis review has to be done by her family, because she was rude,barely spoke to me, and when she did it was short and nasty.

Dr,Hood was great but she disappeared, I hope she's okay.I called to make an appointment one day , and the phone was disconnected. I even drove by the office, and it seemed as if the office was in preparation of new management.

The facilities and service in the chair are good. Dr. Hood gives everyone a very personable touch. Sometimes too personable so that the next patient has to wait over 45 minutes from the appointment time because of sidebar conversations being had at checkout time with the previous patient. I've had a few occasions where I had to pull her because I was waiting in the chair over 30 minutes listening to her conversations with her paitients. Service - 5 star Wait Time - unacceptable

Getting an appointment with Dr. Hood is pretty quick in comparison to others I have visited. She has a Great bedside manner. She explains to you what she is about to do, and what results to expect. She is usually on point. Sometimes procedure may reqiure nearly a month or so of return appointments, which are not always condusive to one's working schedule. In addition, there have been some instances of procedures slightly gone bad, but the Dr. was very accomodating, having you come in right away, even if her office is closed. Every procedure has been practically pain free. Her cost are somewhat very high in comparison to others performing the same procedure. But you get what you pay for. The best! The front desk office help, seems to rotate a lot, but overall seem very professional.

Very attentive and considerate. Have been going to her for several years. Recently had to have a filling I am very afraid of drills and she made me completly relax. Painless and very comforting.

Highly skilled. Wonderful office aesthetic. The wait can be excessive, but the attention to detail high.
