It was disappointed with this dentist. Their price was very high, but the results were poor. They did not give the full picture of my disease and how it can be fully cured (rather than improved). If I were properly informed, I may have had used my money in a better way. Well, their facility is clean and their people have very good business skills.

Dr. Moss is a terrific doctor. He consulted with me to do just the right amount of procedures to maximize my smile. The cost was very reasonable and he made me feel comfortable and at ease. His staff was professional and pleasant. I would highly recommend his services and the people who work around him.

It took forever to get an appt. and when I finally did, Dr. Moss was not the one to do the work! They charge at least double (if not more) of what other dentists charge. The front desk was not helpful and they very rarely returned phone calls. My dentist was pleasant, but she gave very poor novacaine shots and even after 4 shots, I still felt the work. Actually, my tooth hurts worse today than when I went in! The person who handles the billing was rude. I would not recommend this office.

always in a rush, mumbles and glosses over questions. assistants are friendly but seem to be overworked. hygeniest is very good and friendly.

The people at the front desk are horrible. Dr. Moss has nice equipment, but he tries to get as much of your money as possible. The woman who is doing the financing is horrible, she will show you the financial bill which will be over priced, and then she will say this is courtesy price :)

This place seems to be very good, but it does not have a family dentist feeling. It works as a business place, and they try to take your money

Staff does not explain well the cost of procedures. When you question them on a cost, then they start lowering the price. It is not a flea market, but a dentist's office !!

Exam was not thorough enough, compared to previous dentists. Rough scraping of enamel, despite no plaque, and was unconcerned about pregnancy-induced gingivitis. Office staff was fine, dentist lacked patient care skills.

he and his staff were very bad at following up with me. they were inadequate in even scheduling me for my 6-month cleanings. the front desk staff do not return calls nor respond promptly to my voicemail messages, and are generally not helpful at all. if i was to give this dentist a letter grade, I'd give him a D.
