I had a crown fall out. I had to call Dr. Zaffer on while he was on vacation! He was amazing. I cannot believe how accomadating he was and informative. I kept appologizing for calling but he made me feel so welcome and relieved! He truly is a great dentist who CARES about his patients well-being. He did not put in my crown but I am waiting for him to come back to put it back in. In the meantime he gave me instructions on what to do myself to put the tooth back in temporarily. I absolutely recommend Dr. Zaffer to anyone!!!! Lisa S.

Dr. Zaffer is awesome! I've never had any problems ever since i've been going to him. It's always a positive experience!
About Hygienist: Hygienist is very nice, very gentle and very thorough. The best cleaning I've had so far out of all the hygienist I've had. I've never had a hygienist explained to me what periodontal disease is exactly and why it's important to floss. She was the only one that convinced me to floss.

Has a wide array of services and is always willing to work with us on payments / insurance etc.

Not sensitive to patient pain - not observant to non-verbal clues (ie, white knuckles or tears) - no suggestions for managing high anxiety situations. Office staff is extremely helpful and professional in resolving issues (but...should issues really happen?).
