Very very over priced. I was told I needed 4 crowns and a filling. Almost 9K of work. Went and got a second a opinion and only two crowns cost less than $1200 out of pocket. Be very careful!

She exaggerates what you have and make it sound like you have a life threatening disesase to rip you off! Get another opinion before you let her get your money!! All these negative reviews mean something! Stay away from this office!

About Front Desk: Incapable!! They don't know how the insurance works!!! They made me feel like I am a liar! Stay away from this office!

She tried to get me to do more than $7k worth of work. I went and got a second and third opinion and they both agreed I did not need near that much work. Stay away from this dentist!

i've gone to Dr. Rice for many years but recently she suggested an anti-snoring device and it has made a real difference in my sleep. I tried a CPAP machine but it was more disruptive than the snoring. I can sleep with my anti-snoring device in any position. That helps me sleep.

About Front Desk: They were helpfl and nice. They filed my insurance and just made me pay my share. They also reminded me of my appointment a couple of times. i realy appreciated that.

About Hygienist: I have been to both hygienist and either one is great. they are very friendly and their experience makes a difference. i like that they take the necessary time and i don't feel i'm being rushed in and out for the next guy

This place is a total rip off! I was told they would take my insurance and after xrays and exam I was charged $89.00 and told that they don't EVEN accept my insurance. They knew all along but did the exam and xrays before even bothering to tell me. Do not use this dentist!! A total con!!

Rip-off dentist. Beware! Will get u in the chair and do lots of work and then tell you your ins. won't pay and you're stuck owing thousands. and then they offer you a credit card to pay with - yeah - that's the ticket - get more credit card debt. yep - happened to me and 2 other families I know.

Absolutely the worst dentist I have ever had the misfortune to see. I left with my mouth burned, overcharged for a procedure that went against the agreed plan the doctor and I had. Then, to make matters worse, she placed a crown on an abcessed tooth. I found out later she has a reputation in Brentwood and Williamson of the same nature. THE WORST!!!

Overpriced, high-pressure to get additional unnecessary services. When I called to request my dental records they made it difficult to get those. Would not recommend.

Dr. Rice has been my dentist for sometime now and she is very caring and gentle. I would recommend Dr. Rice to all my friends and family.

Dr rice is awesome, shes been doing my fillings a couple at a time because of finances but finally they are perfect. The Dr. even did a little cosmetic at the last treatment for no cost just to make my smile perfect. She really is the most caring dentist i have ever been to. her staff is really really nice too. i feel like i go in and see my friends when i visit. i will go every six months now for my cleanings and thats all. so happy i found her.
