I have been a patient for over 5 years and have nothing but good things to say. Dr. Courtney has always been kind and professional. She is very sensitive to the patient's needs and very thorough. She does a great job. Her staff has been helpful and professional as well. Overall it has been a good experience.

This Columbus area practice is terrific. Caring, gentle and thorough. Works well with those with anxiety about dental treatment. I would highly recommend Dr. Courtney and Dr. Kiner.

Merry Christmas Dr. Courtney and I won't be coming back in the NEW YEAR. I had a routine cleaning about 2 weeks ago. And it was the worse experience ever. It seems like Dr. Courtney has a high turn around on dental hygienist. Not sure why but I have been with this Dentist about 2 yrs and I have never had the same hygienist twice. The last one polished my teeth and flossed first then removed plague. I have been going to the dentist for 55 years and never have the hygienist polish and flossed first then clean plague. She was unable to work the ex ray machine and did not put plastic covers on the piece that went into my mouth. Until someone came in to assist her with the ex ray did she notice there was no plastic on the piece that goes into my mouth. In addition to all this the hygienist told me her whole life history and was complaining how the office just put her in this role with no training on their equipment or where everything was. On top of all this Dr Courtney was going on vacation and everyone seemed to be rushing around to close up all visits so the atmosphere was very uncomfortable. They were all tensed and it was noticeable. I waited after the so called cleaning with no ex rays taken for about 20 mins

About Front Desk: not happy with the office manager ...offer me a starbucks card for my troubles after she was trying to make me sign a form stating i refused an ex ray. Which i let her know it was me but the stressed out Hygienist

About Hygienist: Dr; Courtney to come in. She did not come in I had to leave so this is the 2nd time in the year she had not checked by teeth. I am not sure what is going on with the office Dr. Courtney or your lack of caring about patience time or making your employees happy. But it is something you should take a look at. My first visits started out good but this last year went down hill.

OFFICE STAFF IS UNPROFESSIONAL. DR. COURTNEY AND THE HYDIENIST ARE THE ONLY PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE IN THE PLACE. EVERYONE ELSE IS RUDE, SARCASTIC, LAZY, AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

I went to Dr. Courtney for about three years while in college. She was always friendly (and very attractive for what that is worth :P ). She had a good chairside manner and did a good job in answering any quesitons or concerns I had about treatment. Only had a few fillings done, so hard to say how she was with other procedures, but overall she was good with here work and pretty pain free. Had some problems with the insurance (just confusion.. but frustrating to be on so many calls) Overall a good dentist.

Very professional, loves what she does and it shows! Treated me with the utmost respect and attended to my specific needs. Highly recommended.

I went in for a cleaning and checkup. I also wanted a front tooth fixed. She says I have 6 cavities and come back in 2 months. Within those two months, they drastically scaled back hours. I went to my appointment. While she was drilling, she was also looking around. She was not concentrating on the project at hand. The appt took FOUR hours to fill 3 cavities filled and the front tooth fixed. It looked HORRIBLE!!! I went to a different dentist and she fixed what Courtney couldn't and says I have no cavities. Courtney said I had THREE left!! Why would she lie? NICE!!! Good way to make some extra money Dr. Courtney!!!
