avoid them if you do not want liar front desk people and being offered expensive and unnecessary treatment.

About Hygienist: i would only recommend the hygienist, she's kind and seems to know what she's doing..

Dr. Dillon did the restorative work on an implant that I had done a few years ago that I have been very happy with in addition to filling a few cavities along the way. I have always been very happy with his work and his staff. He does a good job giving thorough explanations of the different treatment options and is very personable. His office is small, but very comfortable and I even got to watch a movie during one of the longer procedures! I have recommended Dr. Dillon to friends who now also go to him.

About Hygienist: I have had a couple of different hygienists at Dr. Dillon's office since I have been with him, but they have always done a good job. But I am happy to see that his former assistant, Mary, is now back with him as his hygienist. I always enjoyed her when I would visit there so it's nice to have her cleaning my teeth.

The dental care I received from Dr. Dillon is average. I was somewhat disappointed with his work on my son's chipped tooth, which ended up causing more damage than was originally there. That's when we switched to a different dentist. But my greatest disappointment has been the donwright terrible experience I've had with them on processing insurance claims. My insurance carrier has no record of them filing a claim for my last visit. Turns out they dialed the wrong number (repeatedly) and yet when I tell them they are dialing the wrong number and give them the correct one they just ask me to pay the full bill and make my own claim to my insurance.

About Hygienist: I got a different hygenist on each visit -- none of them stay very long at this office. I'm not sure why this is the case. Perhaps that happens everywhere these days. But the result is that there's no continuity of care.
