Staff informed me at my appointment that office was not in network for my insurance. I had spoken with Carol twice before appointment and gAve her all my insurance information. Cannot understand HOW I was NOT contacted before I arrived that my insurance was not in network!!!!! Poor communication at it's best!

Took her to long to get in to see me, appointment was almost an hour later than I expected or was scheduled for. Very unprofessional in my book, espcially for a new patient.

Dr. Ward actually sprayed WD-40 on an instrument and tried to put it in my mouth.

About Front Desk: Tried to charge me for services that they did not provide thinking that I had insurance and wouldn't catch it

About Hygienist: Great! Very nice and a pleasure

I am leaving this dental practice after a number of years because I have lost faith in her ability to make proper and appropriate treatment decisions. In addition, her office staff is horrible. They can't process insurance claims correctly and they forget appointments.

About Hygienist: Fatima - She's not bad, but she's not great, and she has a horrible 'chair side' manner.

Dentist caused unnecessary pain and suffering. Office staff were rude and unhelpful and incompetent at handling insurance claims properly.
