my child went in for work. I wanted to be there for her, but the staff stopped me and said only patients allowed in back. my child was very uncomfortable being back there alone. while this was going on the dentist was more interested in flirting with the assistants than assisting customers. I went in another time for a cleaning and i had an issue with a tooth. the hygienist poked the took and sent severe pain through my mouth. the dentist ask me what he should do about it. he did not give me options and did not properly inform me of options, so i was making uninformed decisions because his social skills were inadequate. I would never recommend this dentist to anyone.

About Front Desk: they had front desk help? oh that's right they were in the back joking around with the dentist. Seriously! You would think customer care and professionalism would be number one.!

About Hygienist: nice, but more concerned about joking with dentist and other assistants. I felt like i was in a circus and i had a ring side seat.

Review put under hygienist as I believe she was the real culprit here.

About Hygienist: Was treated poorly the moment I walked in the door. I was immediately told that I would have to reschedule because I hadn't filled out the online paperwork. I told the lady that when they had called me and told me I "could" fill out paperwork online, at no point did they tell me I "must". The lady at the front desk then said that there was no way they could do the appointment without prior information from my previous dentist and that consent to gather that information was part of that paperwork. I told her that whoever had called me on the phone had asked who my previous dentist was and I had given her that information about two weeks ago. It was also stated to me that she would take care of it. So once again never an issue. She asked for the name of the lady I talked to and I said I had no idea. She checked the computer and said that there was indeed a note sating they had collected my previous records. At no point did the lady at the front desk apologize or tell me there could be any resolve to our conflict. She went right back into their policy of online paperwork and said that if I had ASKED to fill out paperwork at the office ahead of time then they could perhaps do something. This was when I lost it. I reiterated that I had never been told any different by anyone and that this was an internal problem not mine and that she shouldn't be treating me this way. I expressed that it is a huge inconvenience to take my son out of high-school to be there and that I had come THIRTY MINUTES early so that I could have all paperwork filled out well ahead of his appointment time. I stated that if I had shown up at 2:00pm instead of 1:30pm then I could see why they might have to reschedule as my filling out paperwork would be going over his allotted time and would be inconveniencing them but this was not the case. I also said that this was our initial visit with their business and so far my impression of them was NOT a good one. I also stated that at that point I would have no problem using my voice as a consumer and creating a negative review online. Once again, no apologies. She coldly stated, "Well then maybe we aren't a good fit for you and you should look elsewhere for care." I was taken aback and didn't really know what to say. I said something along the lines of "so you're saying there's no way to get past this" to which she said she WOULD have had I LET her talk. But all I had managed to DO was talk OVER her and CUT HER OFF. I grabbed my two year old and my fourteen year old and backed up to the door and said, "well I guess this is it then. We clearly aren't a good fit, as you said. I will indeed be looking elsewhere. And keep a look out for that review!" To Dr Lewandowski - I hope you find this review and find out how your new clients are treated. This was an appointment for 08/20/12 and the lady behind the desk wasnot your normal front desk girl. She was wearing what appeared to be the attire of a dental hygienist and probably works with your directly. She had long brown hair and wore lots of purple make-up.

Preventive medicine. No comments about his staff they are not around when he tells them they are not needed for a procedure...they don't see the procedure. It was a big mistake to seek his services. I will not recommend this dentist.

I had to go to Dr Lewandowski because of a dental emergency and found the staff caring and Dr Lewandowski competent. I would recommend him to others.

His facilities are nice, my teeth cleaning went well and Dr. Lewandowski is a nice guy. Now if only he could hire competitent staff...

Be careful before you pick Dr. Lewandowski as your dentist. My family made a big mistake picking him simply because of the location. I would NOT recommend him to anyone! There is not much nice thing to say about the dentist other than the new facility. The front staff is not friendly. The doctor himself seldom spends time to answer questions and concerns. I didn't feel that he cared about me as a patient. To him, I was merely an opportunity to make money. To make money he tried! I was told to follow his treatment plan (without my inputs) to do 3 crowns in 2 months. These 3 crowns were for the teeth that I had no problem with - no pain, not sensitive, not loose, fillings old but intact. When I refused to do the crowns, he said he wouldn't schedule my regular cleaning until I did so. I had to leave him. I did 1 crown with him. It was not done right - pain soon followed. I had to fix it at extra cost with another dentist.

Poor customer service, no staff at desk. I waited for over an hour with no information from staff as to the delay. It took me 3 months to get a teeth cleaning with dental insurance. Dentist and staff act like they don't care about maintaining clientele.
