I love Dr. Kwon! The service is very friendly, from the front desk to Dr. Kwon himself. Regardless of how minor your procedure is (including cleaning), Dr. Kwon does the work himself. (However, his assistants and hygienists are also very friendly and do quality work).
They streamline everything with the insurance company, and the cost of everything is average or below average for the area.
I spend very little time in the office waiting at appointment time, which is appreciated.
I have had a lot of work done by Dr. Kwon over the years, and it has all (so far) held up.
About Hygienist: I do not remember everyone's name, but the hygienists I've had at the office have all been friendly, efficient, and capable.

I am a temporary DC resident from California and Oregon, and I visited 2 other dentists in Washington, DC before trying Dr. Kwon. Being used to quality dental facilities and work in CA and OR, I was horrified with the antique equipment, lack of dental technicans, know-nothing receptionists, and "good enuff" dental work attitudes at the prior two dental ofices. Dr. Kwon's office, staff, and quality of work were worlds apart from that of the prior two DC area dentists I tried. Dr. Kwon's office has state-of-the-art equipment, proficient staff members, and takes time to do the job right and to the highest standards.

I love Dr. Kwon! He is friendly, humorous and professional. He is very knowledgable and is sensitive to whatever your pain threshold.
He is objective and realistic about the expectations for the work being performed and provides great dental guidance about how to keep my teeth lookin' good!
About Hygienist: Cindy, Lorraine and Sung. Each of them do a great job in getting me in and out; diagnosing the problem and finding solutions to help me pay with my various insurance plans and programs. Cindy is so flexible and great in helping to manage my account. They are the best. It is like getting your teeth fixed by family that you love!

Had 1 tooth pulled and received a bridge. Very little discomfort. He also allows payment plans without a credit check. a definite bonus in my book.

My first visit to Dr Kwon and I was impressed, felt very comfortable, laughed and will definitely be making him my dentist since mine moved out of town. His staff knew I was coming, was friendly helpful and he kept his appointment ON TIME! He explained what he was doing and made me laugh which was good!

I hadn't been to the dentist in literally 15 years and I went to Dr. Kwon to get a wisdom tooth pulled. He is fantastic - he's nice, has great chair side manners, his hygienists are really friendly and professional and his costs have been reasonable, considering my lousy insurance. He's great and has me going back for regular cleanings now!

Dr Kwon is very reasonable and puts the patient at ease. My last filling was one of the most painless dental experiences I have ever had.

I received a root canal from Dr Kwon, and I must say that it was pleasant experience. I am going for a follow up because of some pain I am experiencing. I called his office and immediately called my pharmacy so subscribe a stronger medicine. I hope the rest of the work goes well.
Almost forgot he accepted me as a new patient after i got rejected from 10 dentists.
