Dr. Gies & his staff are very professional and friendly. I would rate the care my family & I received as average. Dr. Gies & his staff seemed competent, but when I got a second opinion about he procedure he wanted to do, the other dentist said I didn't need it, but he had missed something I really did need. We also had a few billing issues, although they were always resolved. They also weren't as punctual as I would have liked, especially later in the day. But one time I was the first appointment in the morning & they were 15 minutes late because of a staff meeting. I never had the same hygienist twice, which doesn't seem good for continuity of care.

Compassion and patience coupled with patient safety and patient comfort are the foundation of Dr. Gies' practice. The procedures that Dr. Gies has performed for me over the last six years are four crowns placements with outstanding results and one cavity repair. His administrative staff support is superb! Dental insurance processing is transparent to me. The dental hygients have been extremely professional, gentle and thorough during each semi-annual dental prophy. I feel blessed that I have Dr. Gies as my personal dentist and would highly recommend him without reservations to anyone searching for the ideal dentist!
