Get anything this man says in writing. He told me he guaranteed his work, part of the reason I chose to see him. He performed a root canal along with a crown. I immediately had problems with the tooth. When I went back to him for this he said the root canal was fine but he would try a new crown. This still didn't work and I insisted that the problem was probably the root canal but he refused to redo the work, telling me that I needed to give the new crown a chance. Unfortunately I had to move out of town and discussed this matter with him. He told me that if I was still having problems that he would refund my money so I could have the work done in the new location. Well, I still need the work redone and now he says he will NOT refund my money because root canals frequently fail in time, disregarding the fact that I had problems with it from the start and negating his promise when I moved out of town.
