The facilities are just average or below. They make you pay on the spot. As for treatment I had a cavity filled and it still ached days later. The front desk person was nice, but firm about getting paid by my ATM card. I am not returning.

The work this dental office did was okay - I can't really complain. However, I found them repeatedly trying to overcharge me. I would have to call my insurance company after every visit to verify what I paid was correct and all three times, I had to fight to be reimbursed by Van Ness Dental.
