I needed an emergency root canal and Dr. Peters made time to see me the same day despite being fully booked. His staff was extremely courteous and I was seen in less than 10 minutes. I don't normally write reviews, but I was so impressed that I felt obligated to do so. Dr. Peters conducted the procedure smoothly and was very attentive and understanding of all my post op questions/concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Peters to anyone and I will surely be returning for my next dental exam.

I have never experience a level of unprofessionalism. I went in for a general cleaning and X-ray exam. It was discovered that I needed to have two root canals by the dental assistant. Minutes later ( with my approval) I was directed to sit in a different chair for the procedure to take place and seconds later the "Dentist" walks in (at the time I didn't realize he was the dentist) he never introduced himself. He never explained or talked me through the procedure. He simply told me to open my mouth and he began to stick the needle in to numb the area. Within seconds I began to go numb. Even my nose! When asked about my nose he said it was normal. Only a few words were spoken throughout the process but none was directed to me. There were times both the dentist and his assistant walked away and when I raised my head out of curiousity.....I noticed the "dentist working on someone else!!!....(is this normal????!!!) he returns a few minutes later to continue with my procedure. After the procedure was complete on me....( I never knew because he NEVER said a word!) Not even...how you feel? ...All looks good......or...We're all done....NOTHING!...to sum up my story in a nut shell...I do not plan on returning.....This operation scares me!

the dentist walked in and did not introduce him self he and the hygeinist just talked among them selves then finally after couple minutes he says hello and proceeds to tell me about x rays i took two years ago and when he asked reem (hygeinist) why didnt she take new xrays she answered i will do it next visit reem then proceeded to say i was sensitive and that she recommened me to numbed or i come back. the dr agreed with her and just looked in my mouth and said ill give you a sediative or numb you thats all i can do or better yet just rescdeule her and walks off

About Hygienist: reem was my hygienist she was rude and unprofessional towards me . when she called me from the lobby she looked me up and down looked at the paper work and was like mr and i said ms and reem said mr. no words were spoken after that other than open your mouth and turn to the right then reem proceeds to insult me saying i should havd returned at my schedule 3month appt and continued to drill me andinsult me by saying is it a job issue as to why i didnt return then i told her she was to rough with the cleaning and she continues to clean the after third time telln her she too rough that when reem walks off and the dr walks in she proceeds to tell him that im sensitive and i told her she is too rough so we exchange words then the dr who never told me his name proceeds to insult me even more so reem schedules a new appt and asks do i prefer another hygienist due to im sensitive and says here is your appointment and leaves the bib on which i removed my self and walks me to front desk and she mumbles have a good day as she walks away reem is unprofessional,rude,rough,non caring, homophobic hygienist and this was my 2nd time dealing with her and she has gotten worse first time i ignored her but i definetly dnt recommend alpine dental or reem to anyone ...... very unprofessional the no name dentist and yes i asked his name and he never answered and the rude rough hygienist

Took 5 visits to complete 1 crown. First 3 crowns didn't fit.

First of all Dr. Peters worked in a patients mouth next to me and didn't wash his hands when completed. He just changed out his gloves. He, then, proceeded to perform a procedure on me to exchange two fillings that I had since childhood from the silver filling to the natural white filling only for cosmetic purposes. Well, after the procedure was completed one filling had to be redone because it was filed down to much by his technician mind you it requires you to be numbed and go through a full procedure like you're really filling a cavity. dr. peters had an attitude about redoing the procedure. About a month later one of the fillings came out and the fillings came out so I went to another dentist who corrected it and even expressed his concern about what dr. peters did. the other filling has the gums around the tooth swollen and I'm in pain along with food constantly being trapped because the filling seems to be falling. he has caused a problem that wasn't there. I went there to fix something for cosmetic purposes and left his office with a real dental concern that I have to now get immediate attention on due to his negligence!

Dr. Peters is exceptional in his knowledge of the dental services. His manners are both comfortable and professional. The staff are all very professional, helpful and friendly. Atlanta has a true gift in Alpine Dental Group!!!

I always look forward to my dental visits here. The Alpine Dental Group staff is awesome! They are always so nice to talk to and the really care about their patients! I have never had such a wonderful dental experience ever!!

Check up X-rays told I didn't have any cavities. Starting having pain went to another dentist who found the cavity right away. Had no idea how any skilled dentist didn't see it.
