To sum it up he keeps it professional. He doesn't laugh or joke around (unless he knows the patient for a while). He can come off strict with his assistant. I have heard him berating her but his assistant told me that he is a perfectionist. He does not explain in detail what will be going on prior to procedure, nor does he give you options. He also has a tendency to forget what he did on you prior to the procedure. But he is caring and asks you constantly through the procedure if your alright.

I have been going to Dr. Shaia since he was in another practice. His new practice is so friendly and welcoming. Mostly, I really enjoy the feeling I get when I leave the office. Since I switched to Dr. Shaia from my childhood dentist, I have no nerves about going to the dentist, which was a consistent anxiety I had in the past. He is so professional and meticulous. I am always confident my teeth are in the best care after seeing him.

About Front Desk: Corey is so friendly and professional. She was able to answer my questions about my insurance and was very helpful and clear about my coverage. I also liked that when Dr. Shaia switched to this new office, she was very clear in giving me directions and when I got to to the office for my first time, she was very warm and welcoming.

About Hygienist: I don't remember her name but she gets my teeth clean and the best part about her is that she always tells me exactly what she's doing and why so I understand the process and what I need to do to keep my teeth in their best shape.

Dr. Shaia is our family dentist. He is the only doctor that my children ever enjoyed their visit with. He is so professional and patient. I drive a long way to get to his office specifically because I could not find this 5 star treatment and quality service near my home. Honestly, I just cant say enough about my family's experiences with this office. The staff is very professional, polite and create a positive ambiance. Strong recommendation for children and adults.

I'm very happy with the experience I had with Dr. Shaia. Great dentist overall. Also this office has very accommodating hours. I am referring all my friends and family here now!

Dr. Shaia was reassuring and gentle. He and his staff made the visit virtually stress free and painless. I have recommended Dr. Shaia to all of my colleagues and friends. An overall great experience.

The Doctor's Office is very impolite. I will not recommend this dental office if you are looking for advise.
