I had my staff run his office when Misty left, trying to help him.
He has done 2 rootcanals on me, The first one he went too deep and cracked the tooth. He didn't say anything about it, till it got infected and had to be puled. So i payed for the rootcanal, then i had to pay for the extraction. He blamed Misty for that because thier SEXUAL relations. The 2nd rootcanal was NOT necessary but he said it was,and i trusted him. My MISTAKE!!! Now the 2nd rootcanal is infected!!! I had my staff run my CC# to pay him.
Now Misty is gone he is trying to charge me an additional $756.38. HE shounldn't be doing dentistry at this time.
HIS LIFE IS IN SHAMBLES with his wife leaving him and MISTY moving away from him. I myself was asked to PROTECT HIM because he has made enemies from having sexual affairs with married women. Shame on me!!

He knowingly placed a crown that was defective on a tooth. the inside of the crown was far short of meeting the distance to the Gum, and is still causing me pain.
After that another Temp crown had fallen off and had chipped another tooth during chewing, and I was charged for the repair of the chipped tooth.
About Front Desk: Efficient for office staff, however, when I told her the Temp crown had fallen off and had chipped another tooth during chewing. I was told there was no openings to take care of my situation until my next appointment.

Ive been going to Dr. Leads for years. I refer everyone I know to him. I consider them friends. From crowns to routine cleanings, they're the best. I had Dr. come in on his day off specifically to see me. I had cracked a tooth, and was going on vacation. He mad sure he came in to see me.
Misty is a gem. She takes care of all insurance, comes up with payment options...she's just awesome.
What can I say....I would never go anywhere else.

I love Dr. Leads! He's kind, friendly and always has a smile. His staff are wonderful. He puts you at ease right away. He talks to you not 'at you'. Going to Dr. Leads office is always a pleasant experience. I highly recommend him.

Two crowns, a root canal and one extraction. I don't know what he does when he injects you but it doesn't hurt a bit. He just took off my temp crown and I didn't even need an injection. I had no pain when he did this just a little sensitive and it didn't take long at all. The cost is good, you never wait around long and the surgery is clean and relaxing. He is gentle and caring and always has time for your questions. The receptionist is fantastic so professional. I wish I knew the guys name that does the x-rays etc because he is fab too. I highly recommend Dr.Leads.

Calmed My Fears I hadn't been to a dentist in at least 6 years. SIX YEARS. I let them know I was nervous and they were fantastic. Usually, I'd expect the dentist (along with staff) to boo me and lecture me, but nope. They gave me a standard cleaning, fixed some cavities and fixed my chipped front tooth. (BONUS!) Then in two more visits gave me a deep cleaning. It was professional, kind and friendly. Randall and his staff are great. If you are freaking out about going to the dentist, this is the solution.

Needed Root Canal due to extreme pain. Got me in in less than 2 hours. Left pain free with very reasonable follow up costs. Staff was wonderful. Treatment was painless. Would recommend to anyone looking for a Dentist in North County.

I've been going to Dr. Leads for 5 years, and have recommended him to co-wokers. The office is pleasant, he does quality work, and Dr. Leads takes a genuine interest in the patients well being.
