My experience at Dr. Hertz's office was a surprisingly smooth & comforting one. I arrived for my 9:30am wisdom teeth extraction appointment and was greeted with a smile by the friendly and courteous staff. Just a few moments later, I was escorted into a well equiped, clean & comfortable room, seated & then greeted by Dr. Hertz. He was very warm, down to earth, knowledgeable & attentive to my needs & questions. Although I was a bit anxious about the procedure, Dr. Hertz made me feel extremely comfortable & more at ease. The wisdom teeth procedure was skillfully performed - Contrary to my fear, It was virtually painless!!! Even my wallet wasn't in pain because the office accepted my insurance and I only paid the required insurance copayment which was quite inexpensive. My recovery period was very short lived & I had minimal expected discomfort with no side effects. I have recommended Dr. Hertz to a number of my friends, some of which have already undergone surgery at his office & thanked me for sending them. In a nutshell - If by some divine intervention, my wisdom teeth ever grow back, I'm having them removed by Dr. Hertz.
