I have gone to several dentists and never had a problem with billing until I got to this office. Initially I was told my benefits covered my visits. Then, I was later told I owed 400 dollars. Also, during my treatment the dentist tried to sell me more products, including braces, and other extremely expensive procedures. Think this office is more about making money than helping individuals with thier problems.

Dr. Smith works at the Almeda Dental Clinic. She took over my care when my previous dentist left the clinic. The switch was lucky for me, because Dr. Smith pointed out that A) my previous dentist neglected to do work I had been charge for and B) did substandard work. I appreciate that kind of honesty. Dr. Smith is very thorough, yet works quickly as well. She was very concerned about pain when repairing my cavities, and took extra time to help reduce it. She always informs me about my teeth and the work she's done to the last detail. The clinic hygienists are friendly, and the accounting personnel are very helpful when explaining insurance coverage.
