Highly unprofessional, refused to acknowledge or attend to conditions potentially harmful to health, months long saga attempting to contact and discuss issue with Dr. Kerlan was ignored, then was charged multiple fees initially suggested would be waived.

The staff at Dentisty 4 Children are great. They are knowledgeable and efficient. The office is decorated to the nines and a great distraction for the children. They are very good about never instilling fear into a child about going to the dentist. The assistants will explain everything they are planning to do and then review it after they finish. Great place for kids. I wish they'd let the scardy cat adults go there too.

Dr. Kerlan took the time to review my children's treatment plan when requested. He explained the reasonings behind his treatment plan and the results thereafter. He also gave me an opportunity to ask additional questions in the future. Scheduling of four children has been very simple with front office staff. Front office staff looked for every opportunity to save money from coming out of my pocket.

What can I say about Dentistry for Children at John's Creek? That they can actually handle my son - who has Asperger's Syndrome (a form of high-functioning autism) and Sensory Integration Disfunction? That my daughter SKIPS to the back for her procedure? That when my five-year-old daughter had to have 2 cavities filled (boy was I nervous) and I heard giggling in back - it was my daughter and her dentist making her laugh in the chair? She said it didn't even hurt. That my kids actually LOOK FORWARD to going to the dentist? That they have a nice waiting room with videos, play areas cool animal murals on the walls (in 3-D no less) and a HUGE fish tank that prompted my then 11-month-old daughter to say her 3rd word (fish!)? They get children - when my son had to have fillings and breathe laughing gas, they gave him a Lone Ranger-type mask and told him he was a masked stranger :). You can imagine, he LOVED that. They are AMAZING - amazing staff, great dentists and hygenists and frankly, I wish I could play video games and get a cool prize when I went to the dentist. I have recommended them to ALL of my friends and now I am recommending them to you. You can't go wrong.
