I had silver filling removed and veneers placed on three tooths one got infected and had to have a root canal. The dentist work area was not as clean as other dental offices in my experience. The root canal also was done improperly leaving me with pain for 9 months and to top it of he did not put a crown on it as he would have had to pay for it because the veneer I paid for was money down the drain due to the unsuccessful procedure. So rather than a crown he filled it with composite and said it was better than having a crown and he guarantees it for many years. I did not go back to him changed dentist and was told that I need a crown other wise my tooth can crack and would have to be removed. Stay away from Dr. Niederman he is money hungry and always looking at how you can max out your insurance benefits with him whether you need it or not.

About Hygienist: They are nice but if I were they I would quit and work with a dentist who has ethics.

Dr. Niederman's facility is kinda scary...very low budget type of environment. But then he charges very high for his treatment and even has a radio commercial. I was charged an arm & a leg for a deep cleaning and he also did a filling, that I don't think was necessary. I believe they were just stains that could have just been easily removed, but he pushed me to believe they were cavities. (I should have gotten a second opinion before he did the job.) His staff is friendly and will talk your ears off! Maybe to distract you while Dr. Niederman digs deep into your pocket. I should have known as he was so atimate about knowing what kind of work I do, and I'm sure if he could, he would ask how much I make too.... My suspicions might be correct, because my insurance is investigating his charges without me saying a word!

State-of-the-art facility with digital x-rays (supposed to be less than half as much radiation as regular x-rays) and hand-held camera that allows you the patient to immediately see the condiiton of your teeth from every angle and direction. The atmosphere is pretty clinical, even though their website says they are "spa like." While his chair-side manner was gentle and kind, I found him difficult to understand and wasn't always clear what the treatment plan was going to be.
