I have seen Dr. Michelle Amsili for about 12 years. I wouldn't think to go to anyone else. She is very caring, always putting patient's comfort/health first. I had an extraction and it was painless. I was very impressed that I called the office on a Saturday and the recording gave her number and I was able to reach her on a Saturday. I was in so much pain and Dr. Amsili immediately called my pharmacy for antibiotics and pain medicine. Dr. Amsili, is caring, friendly and very gentle. I have always had a fear of dentist, but I feel very relaxed knowing Dr. Amsili will perform whatever procedure I go in for. I know there have been negative reviews but I can truly vouch for 12 years of excellent service. My best for Dr. Michelle Amsili.

I just loved this doctor and her asst. Fransico. I highly recommend this clinic. It was not modern, nor was it high-tech however, they did a great job on my teeth as well as my implant. The work that I had done was done in a timely manner and the cost was reasonable compared to other Dentist.

I am a little disappointed with this practice. there is no privacy or personal touch. I don't really want to go back. The service was fine but nothing to brag about. I can't speak to cost because I have insurance. To be fare my dentist i grew up with was soooo good. He used to take all kinds of time and patience even when i was an adult. He knew my name and the exam rooms were clean and private. this is not what you'll experience at Omni. They did do what I needed. I only wish it didn't take months to get a cleaning.

The office staff was very nice and very good at answering questions. The dentist seemed a little too serious and not very relaxed. She got to the point and really didn't go into too mayn details. Overall she knew what she was talking about and seemed to give the best options for my certain issues but just didn't do it with the best manner.

Overall the experience is fine. Dr. Amsili did the filling for me and she did a good job. Due to the facility size, it limits the number of patient they can have at a time. Therefore it is hard to find a appointment time that will work for you. This is especially true if you would like to schedule for a dental cleaning appointment.

I cannot actually vouch for the level of dental care performed by Michelle Amsili because my appointment was cancelled...and the dentist i used to see at OMNI Dental is not even working there anymore...this is likely because it was so poorly managed. The MANAGEMENT of the OMNI Dental facility on William Cannon (&probably their other location) is very unorganized. They do not update your records when you update important information like your telephone number when you come in. This is a MAJOR problem when their policy is to cancel your appointment if they cannot confirm it. It's a huge waste of time to show up to an appointment you have made weeks in advance and taken time off work to attend and they have given it to someone else. Their policy is one thing, but it relies on the fact that they must keep their records updated. The staff is completely unwilling to help & in denial of any fault of thier own. My advice is simple: STAY AWAY FROM OMNI DENTAIL!
