His wife is the rudest person I've ever met. You should treat people with respect. you really should think about your actions in public.

Very poor customer service, although the dental care is fine, the administrative end and customer service is lacking.

Dr Pratt commands his staff professionally and has shown me in detail how we will proceed with my dental work. Although I've just started treatment he makes it comfortable and the staff follows through. He is definitely the conductor and the staff is the orchestra. From the moment I walk through the door they make me feel as if I've known them all my life. Good decent people.
About Front Desk: Cathy is wonderful all front staff complete this profession.
About Hygienist: She is very professional. And has instilled a better attitude in me on how I should take care of my teeth

Dr Pratt did an excellent job on my bridge. He really worked with me to make it affordable. His assistants are super sweet and helpful.
About Front Desk: Kathy and Denise are extremely helpful and always greet us warmly.

He left cavity remains in my mouth and sealed it with a filling for at least 11 year if not more. I have been living with this infection in my mouth for a long time. I also have been dealing with Gingivitus for years. Two days ago I woke-up with Strep so I thought. But the test came out negative 185 dollars later I was surprised so last-nite I started having slight pains in my tooth and woke-up with the drainage again. So I went to the dentist had x-rays done and nothing showed of any decay. He said he would have to take it off and I said go ahead and sure enough I was right and the dentist was surprised. So if you still smell decay while he is putting in a filling. You are going to have Gingivitus and that's just the beginning. It takes a long time for get to this point were it starts affecting your health.
About Hygienist: He has a Hygienist named Susan she is great! And i don't know if Cathy is still running his business she stayed on after the original Dr. Pratt left. She was wonderful too!
