Very friendly dentist and staff with adequate facilities (but not much privacy) in downtown Chicago. Flexible appointment times and long hours, but very expensive, along with most other good dentists..

Dr. Shah is very nice and makes you feel comfortable. However, each appointment lasted a very long time and once, I spent over 2 hours there.

This is a doctor under the Sears Dental network. Though hesitant to go to Sears at first, I bit the bullet and made an appointment for a general checkup. Dr. Shah was very personable and professional. The experience was overall very pleasant and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sears to another patient. Payment was via insurance, so I paid a $5 co-pay and was on my way, but I hear the out-of-pocket expenses are quite reasonable.
