The doctor and her staff were very nice. There was no waiting time, and there was no pain during the checkup. Great facility and equipment. I can genuinely say that this was my best dental experience ever.

I have never been treated so badly in my life. The secretary & the dr were downright rude to me. I was trying to see what options I had and they turned me down flat because I had medicaid. First they told me they could help me. Then when I got there they demanded money upfront. Way more than I know the costs to be. I had an emergancy & they flat out refused to help. Then the Dr refused to even talk to me as to why they wouldn't help me. I sat there for over a half an hour only to be denied any help. And this was suppose to be a medicaid recommended dentist. Just because I have medicaid does not mean I should be treated this way. We don't even think the dr was even there because the secretary had to use the phone to talk to her. Worst dental visit I have ever had.

I had a crown done a few months ago. Not only was the pain unbareable, but the crown fell off and i lost a good tooth because of it.

Dr. Tkach did a couple of my fillings. I didn't have any problems. No pain, no stress. The equipment was a little bit outdated (no computer x-rays, etc.). However, I had similar experience with the other doctors.
